Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Coachmate. These terms ensure a professional and productive learning environment for all students in Years 7–12. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services and Pricing

​Coachmate provides personalised 1-on-1 tutoring sessions. Sessions are held either online via Zoom or in-person.

​Rates: Pricing is based on the bundles listed at the time of purchase (e.g., discounted 5-hour bundles).

Bookings & Payments

​Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance via the website portal.

​Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Attendance & Conduct

​Punctuality: Sessions run for a strict 60 minutes. Please arrive or log in on time.

​Technical Readiness: For online lessons, students are responsible for ensuring their technology and internet connection are ready before the start time.

​Safety & Standards: Coachmate maintains a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) to be held by all tutors. While Coachmate strives for excellence, Coachmate does not provide specific grade guarantees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​24-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

​Late Cancellations: If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full lesson fee will be charged (or the credit forfeited).

​Illness/Emergencies: Cancellations due to illness with less than 24 hours' notice will not be charged and can be rescheduled.

​Refunds: No refunds are provided once a session or bundle has commenced.

Liability Limits

​Coachmate provides tutoring with reasonable care and professional diligence. However, Coachmate is not responsible for specific academic results, exam performance, or any indirect losses.

Ending the Agreement

​Either party may end the tutoring relationship with 48 hours' notice. Any outstanding dues must be settled immediately upon termination.

​Governing Law: NSW Law applies.
